Madea

Back Story: Madea was found on a dirt road in rural Texas. She stayed in the same spot in a field, for 3-4 days until a kind family helped her.

Madea is a total goofball who loves belly rubs on the couch, getting in the pool & being a part of her family's daily life. Madea has done 6 months professional board & train at CoDa Canine Obedience, LLC in Gatesville, Texas with their awesome trainers!

Although she is a couch potato, Madea loves to train & work. She is very engaged & biddable. Made needs a home that will not only indulge her belly rubs during a Netflix binge session. She needs a home that will keep her mentally & physically fulfilled with daily activities.

Madea is VERY people friendly. However, she is also true to her breed & her genetics are strong. She will be protective of her family & home. Madea is ready to find a home of her own, one where she can lounge around the house but also a home that knows this girl likes to work and thrives off learning!

-Experienced Mastiff or Power Breed owner preferred-

-Dog Friendly- We believe she had no or limited time with other dogs prior to being in rescue. Since then she has been slowly introduced to many dogs of all sizes, personalities and breeds. Madea participates in group play daily. Meet & Greet with the other dogs in the home will be required prior to adoption being finalized.

-Cat indifferent- Aloof and uninterested in cats. Will smell them, if they allow. Respects their space.
